Steel pole on cast iron base

Product Description

• Application range: Street lighting pole products are installed and used for lighting on national highways, expressways, stations, yards, etc.
• Pole body structure: The pole body is a continuous tapered steel pipe that does not allow welds across the body. The cross-section of the pipe includes many types as required, including round, octagonal, polygonal, etc. High poles are designed by nesting tapered steel pipe sections so that the number of nested sections is minimal.
• Manufacturing materials: The main material used to manufacture the pole body is an SS400 hot-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm by JlS 3101 standards or equivalent.
• Rib weld: The weld along the pole body is performed by automatic welding technology under a protective layer according to AWD 1.1 standards on an automatic welding machine.
• Surface treatment: All standard products after fabrication are hot-dip galvanized by ASTM-A123 standards. Requirements for coating the product’s outer surface to increase durability and ensure aesthetics are fulfilled (on request).
