The route is designed according to urban road standards with a roadbed width of 33m, the starting point is on the left bank of the Cau River in Xuan Phuong commune, Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province, coinciding with Km278+000 according to Ring Road V planning. – Hanoi capital region; The end point connects with Yen Binh intersection (intersection with new National Highway 3 Hanoi-Thai Nguyen), coinciding with Km287+160 according to the planning of Ring Road V – Hanoi Capital Region. There are 02 bridges designed on the route, including Xuan Phuong Bridge with a length of 185.15m, and Kenh Tay Bridge with a length of 67.46m.
