Component 1: Construction of a completely new 64km Bac Giang Lang Son Expressway with the starting point at Km45+100 intersecting with National Highway 1 in Mai Sao commune, Chi Lang district, Lang Son province, and the ending point at Km108+500 connecting to the point End of National Highway 1, Hanoi, Bac Giang section.
Component 2: Strengthening the 105km National Highway 1 road surface, starting point at Km1+800 at Huu Nghi border gate, Lang Son province, ending point at km106+500 in Tan Dinh commune, Bac Giang province.
